“The big transition that took place during Wally Gunn’s leadership, which I think was two years 83-85, although may have only been one 84-85, was the use of an outside Executive Administrator. Prior to Dr. Gunn’s chairmanship, the administrative activities took place through Dr. Goodheart’s office and were overseen by Ms. Mike Edmunds. This step was a difficult one for many, but was a growing pain, and Dr Gunn had the vision to help the ICAK to become a more independent organization.”
