On the Importance of Varied Exercise

   Young children and teens need a variety of different activities throughout the year for proper neurological balance. It is unfortunate to see so many children who are either not active at all, or are pushed into only one spot. “Specializing” can be dangerous, especially for youngsters. A variety of different sports throughout the year is best.
